Housing and Utility Assistance for Delaware County Residents

The Pathways to Hope fund assists with rent, mortgage and utility needs for qualifying Delaware County, Ohio Residents. The Pathways to Hope program is managed by the United Way of Delaware County in partnership with the Family Resource Center and the Andrews House. Assistance is provided based on the level of available funding. If funding is unavailable at the time of application, referrals to other organizations will be offered.

  1. Complete the form with required documentation (please make sure you are using Chrome, FireFox, Edge, or IOS Safari as your internet browser).

  2. To be eligible, your total annual household income must be below $67,600 and your request must be COVID-19 related.

  3. If initial eligibility is met, an in-depth interview will be conducted with the household to verify and confirm documentation needed to process the application for assistance. This interview will occur over the phone to ensure safety, or in-person as safety protocols allow and situation warrants.

  4. All payments will be made directly to the vendor (landlord, utility company, etc).

Federal laws prohibit discrimination in housing and community development programs and activities because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, and disability. These obligations extend to recipients of Pathways to Hope financial assistance, including subrecipients, as well as the operations of state and local governments and their agencies, and certain private organizations operating housing and community development services, programs, or activities.
